Is 10 tickets ==30 quartz roll?

Once you save up 10 tickets, does this game allow you to roll a 10-roll with the same benefits as a 30 quartz roll? Or can you only spend tickets one by one, like in several other similar games?
Never had more than 7 tickets on hand at once, so not certain if I saving up to 10 makes a difference.

It does not. Tickets are always individual rolls no matter how many you have

No. Game will not allow you to do a grand roll with tickets.

more interesting question is, are tickets affected by rate up gacha or not

They are. I've gotten 3 servants, 2 SSRs that were on rateup with tickets

Of course they are. 1 ticket is the equivalent of 3 saint quartz. So everytime you use a ticket is like you're using 3 saint quartz for a summon.
