2019 Servants

I am actually the other way round. Most of the servants I want is in 2019. The ones I want are:
- Miyamoto Musashi
- King Hassan
- EMIYA Alter
- BB
- Merlin (If I won't get him this December)
- Ereshkigal

For 2020, I think only Okitan and Hokusai have caught my eye.

For reals though Eresh is the only one I'd really die without, Sitonai, parvati and Artoria are to finish out my EMIYA household collection, Gramps and Moe-san are because I like them as characters.

I doubt I'll get them all unless my 2018 F2P EX luck carries on into the new year so I'll be happy just with Eresh who I'll save the majority of the quartz/tickets for.

- Paul Bunyan (Makes farming easier)
- Hozoin (Basically Cu)
- Mecha Eli (Free Alter Ego)

To strengthen my roster, I would roll for some old servants like Gil and Tama. For new servants, there is only one I want: caster UMU. Will try to save quartz to roll np2 for her. Gameplay wise, she is awesome (had her on a different server). Not even to mention that I am a big fan of UMU.

I overdid the spending this year so I am gonna try and make all of 2019 F2P as a challenge, not including the two guarantees we get right at the start and during the summer (gonna pay for those). Because of this, my SSR targets are pretty minimal since I am being more conservative, and I also am not really anywhere near as excited about most of the new servants coming out this year as I was for the many great banners and servants over the last year or so, during the Part 1 storyline. Even so, if I had to pick the five I am most excited about trying to roll or just obtaining in 2019, it would be:

1) Ereshkigal - I want her more than anyone, and Babylonia has made me want her even more, she was my favorite waifu of the narrative in the singularity! If there is anyone I'd break my 2019 F2P pledge for, it will be her. Good thing it's right at the end of the year, painful as the long wait will be.

2) Osakabehime - I know she's not considered good at all, but I don't care, she's very cute and there's something about her I really like. Will definitely try for her.

3) King Hassan - As with Ereshkigal, I can't ignore him now, and I will try a little bit harder to roll him than I planned initially (though still not as hard as Eresh, I won't be able to anyway after this year's coming final banners and the guaranteed). He's worth a shot though, he is just so damn awesome.

4) Yagyu Munenori - He's considered one of the best sabers in the game period, and I like his design and kit a lot. I already have a strong affinity for powerful SR Arts sabers (as my level 90 NP4 Saber Lancelot can attest to), and having him would help maintain that preference of mine. He also shares a banner with Raikou and Kato Danzo, both of which I would also love to have.

5) Tomoe Gozen - Once AGAIN, Babylonia only made me want a servant more, and she was just an off-screen character in the narrative! Even before the singularity, I wanted Tomoe, and I will definitely try for her, I really like her design and history/lore. Sharing a banner with Musashi is great too, though I want Tomoe more.

Honorable Mentions:
Saber Fran - I really want her because I love Fran, and she's so damn cute in this form, as well as being a great saber from what I've heard. Getting Assassin Nitocris or Berserker Nobunaga would be fantastic too (and Caster Nero I guess, I actually prefer any of the SRs on her banner).

Penthesilea - I would love to get her, as I love her myth and her links to Achilles, my second most desired servant of 2020 (after Skadi), and her design is great. I hear she's very strong too, and I like berserkers, so I hope to get her, she is worth a shot for me.

So yeah, there are a few more I plan to try a bit for, but those are the servants I would most like to acquire. I think I have more servants in 2020 so far that I would much rather have, actually, so that's the year I really am excited for, far away as it may be.

Ereshkigal

That's it. I'm pretty happy with my cast of servants. So I'm focusing right down on the two I want the most next year. I love Nero's character anyways, but this caster version is awesome. A fun skillset, mech style funnels to attack with, a hilariously awesome NP. It's all there. Ereshkigal was utterly adorable. And if I'm ever going to get a high rarity lancer, she's definitely the target.

Free Servants:

Rider Ishtar

I'm looking forward to getting a feel for BB more. What I've seen of her character has been interesting, but at the very least she seems like a very handy servant. Rider Ishtar is a bit of salvation for missing out on regular Ishtar. An entertaining character that I look forward to getting.
