Bonus quartz for finishing Babylon early

So I recall reading something along the lines of getting quartz for completing babylon before Solomon. Is that only the story? Or are people expected to push through all the free quests too?

We don't know if/when that news drops. All we can do, is be patient.

And it's just the main quest.

I don't know yet since there's still no official notice of that. I've been expecting too since I've been finished babylonia.
All I know is there's an official notice at Korea Server, they will gives 30 sq for whom finished Babylonia before Solomon release.
