Building a team around "Salter"

Hello,
I'm trying to make a team around Alter Altria.
Actually my team is:

Altria Pendragon (Alter) + The Imaginary Element
William Shakespeare + 500-Year Obsession
Leonidas + Iron-Willed Training
Henry Jekyll & Hyde + Verdant Sound of Destruction
Mash Kyrielight + Holy Shroud of Magdalene

Another mentions are Siegfried, Chevalier d'Eon, Altria (Lily), EMIYA, Georgios, Medea, SEKAI DE ICHIBAN TSUYOI DAKARA BASAKA!!! (I want to build another team around him), Tamamo Cat, and other Servants between 1 and 3 Stars.

In this game you don't really build teams but use servants that are effective for the battle you are trying to clear, meaning you'll be adding and removing servants from teams to fit your needs. For instance if looking at the daily exp quest today (Thursday) then the enemies are Lancer, Assassin and Berserker. Therefore a useful team to bring would be Sabers, Casters and Berserkers. Daily exp quests aren't too hard so another thing to think about in this example would be Area of effect Noble phantasms vs Single target plus start battle with part of the NP gauge already filled CEs vs other CEs.

Saying that though some servants do work very well together and it is possible to create 'meme teams'. Current popular meme teams are:
Tamamo Mae, Jeanne d'arc and Mash/Medea lilly/Waver. This is a stall team where even in some pretty difficult content it is effective in staying alive, the con is that this team doesn't do much damage so the turn count is often very high for bosses (bragging rights on social media for those who take the longest).
Siegfried, St. George, pretty much anyone who can buff. This team focusses on St. George using his NP which gives an enemy the dragon characteristic, then Siegfried uses his Atk up vs dragons buffs and his Anti dragon NP to deal insane damage.
Later teams will include Jeanne Alter and Merlin who are amazing at buffs.

Now for your question, Salter doesn't really have teams she can or can't fit into. If you want a team that does it's best to just support her then servants who have skills that raise buster/attack/NP damage are good. Leonidas has a party wide buster up and can help other units survive longer due to draw attention skills and NP, with a guts he survives longer too, iron willed CE is decent on him. Shakespeare also has a party buster up, offers some survivability with single target invincibility skill (Leonidas draws attention then Shakespeare puts invincibility on him gives your team more survivability) and can help Salter gain NP faster. This selection would make Salters Buster attacks and NP pretty strong while also offering some survivability so you can maybe get Salter to fire her NP a few times in a battle.

Jekyll's skills are pretty 'selfish', except for the stun his skills help him deal damage, making him very useful but not really suitable for teams built around certain units.
Mash's skills are very good for survivability, she also costs nothing to put in a team in case you don't have a high team cost.
Siegfried's skills are also 'selfish' and he isn't as good damage wise as Salter at the moment anyway, if the battle features dragon enemies though (including Pendragons as they have dragon trait) then Siegfried can show off a little.
Chevalier increases team survivability.
Emiya is pretty good for damage, his skills aren't too great but also not too bad, use the crit star generator skill when using his NP so you get lots of stars for next turn. Could work well with Salter.
George is a good defensive servant and as mentioned before works very well in a meme team with Sieg.
Medea is great for spamming her NP, Salter has a party wide attack up which would benefit them both. Medea could also help get Salters NP gauge up but that would be more useful on herself, her NP is arts based meaning when you use her NP she gets some gauge back.
Cu (original) is fantastic, but doesn't really bring much to a team. If you're against a boss and he is your last servant though he can be very effective, i've seen videos with him paired with George and Leonidas to help him survive even longer.
Tamamo cat's skills are pretty 'selfish' but as a beserker she is pretty good no matter the enemy you're against, she also does Area of effect NP damage so is good for EXP quests though watch out for her stun after her NP.

TLDR: Best team based on increasing Salters damage I can see would be; Salter, Shakespeare, Waver support, Leonidas, then whoever you like. You have 3 'supports' here so it would work well with the plugsuit/chaldea battle suit mystic code due to the ability to switch out servants, also offers an Atk up buff. Shakespeare and waver get her NP up and also give her their damage buffs, swap out Shakespeare for Leonidas who also uses his buster buff then Salter uses her NP to destroy.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the explanation, now i'm looking for another 2 Servanto to end the team, I thought in Heracles to add another damage dealer with Burst, the other choice is Archer Emiya. The team would be Salter, Shakespeare, Leonidas, Emiya/Heracles, and Massh. I really like Mash because she gets stronger while advancing the story mode and she is very tank, besides her cost is 0.

sorry if my English is bad ^^.

Salter is one of the nice bursty type of sabers you should take care of her to the fullest! my advice if u want to build a team around her is having servents with nice Busters & some Arts around her to build some Np but since u had IE craft essence it should not be an issue, and a Waver in your team is always nice cause of his buffs. and then ur Salter should have no issues casting those insane Morgan's and have easier time against enemies. GL! ^^
