You have a strong lineup and fully levelled should breeze through most quests in the near future. The only real weakness is the lack of starting NP CEs, but those would come eventually.
Since you have Waver already. For now, having a few max-limit-breaked Dragon Meridian probably suffice. I imagine using a Waver-Saber Alter-Santa Alter starting lineup would be enough to let you quickly breeze through the dailies.

To beat hard content you have to tailor the team to the specific quest, luckily you have strong generalist servants. To widen your possible team composition i suggest raising Hans and Asterios and unlocking Waver and Jean Bond C.E.
You can go Waver and Jean with bond C.E.(or Hans in place of Jean) + a strong support buster damage dealer who has class advantage for a buster crit fest team (With the Anniversary Blonde Mystic code) or use Waver/Jean/Asterios for buff/debuff stacking strategy.
You can even go full Arts team using Waver/Jean/Orion or Robin Hood for NP spam.

You cant never go wrong with Waver(Prisma Cosmo CE), Jeanne(Guda Poster Girl) and a support Tamamo no mae! Best for hard quest, but take very long to finish lol (Stall team).
