I'm not sure I understand you but are you talking about the damage triangle or other advantage/things to take as consideration when using those classes? if the latter then there's stuff I can point out.. it might be nice to break the mold of stereotype earlier than later, especially since the first 'weird' zerker will be available shortly.

Saber is vanilla class, lorewise they're called the most excellent with best stat, in game reflected with none of their member are below silver. but being standard means they don't have much going for them atm on NA

Archer is critical hit class due to their innate passive but other than that their star weight are the highest among 3 knight class, but the differences are minimal at 145-150-ish, after this Archer will evolve into NP spam + crit in JP.. also they have the lowest class mult for 3 knight at 0.95.
Note: Archer 3 stars are famous for being quirky but powerful, from David AoE dodge to Yew bow powerful Nuke.

Lancer is the hardest hitter among the knight class with 1.05 modifier but early Lancer are plagued with shitty NP gain because of their BBAQQ deck and no riding. However they might also function as star generator as their innate star absorb are the lowest in knight class at 80-ish range.

Caster is usually the token support but that's not just because of their skill, caster innate star weight are the 2nd (3rd later) lowest in this game at 40-60 range. Later you'll encounter more variation of Caster and you'll found that Caster are more than just support and some best support skill does not came from Caster class.

Rider innately have the highest star weight in this entire game, clocking at 200-220 which is twice of that assassin and Saber class, hence they're THE definitive crit hitter even without the passive. other thing to note from rider class is that most of their SR and SSR have impressive NP gain.. effectively it's the strongest class available but having high star absorb can be a demerit when you want other to crit instead.. also to reflect this Rider pool are filled with Gold mainly..

Assassin.. oh Assassin.. when people asked about what Assassin should do most will answer "generate stars" but that won't hold true in the future.. anyway for now just know that assassin innate star weight are equal to Saber at 100 and they're weak if used on anything but Rider.

finally zerk, most will think that their job is to hit then die, however there's 2nd feature people missed often,, their innate low star absorb,, so low that it's almost 0 which is around 8-12. this means a lot because their card essentially won't take any stars,, hence even 20-30 stars will enough to give you 100%,, and 20-30 are way more realistic number to get each turns.
Also in the future zerk role will shift somewhat, there'll be party buff type zerk, arts type and Quick type with good star gen..

tl;dr the most basic things to remember that are useful for team building :
-Remember that Rider have the highest star absorb ratio so they will always take the stars
-Remember that Zerk and Caster have the lowest, they won't take the stars

This is important when building a team around one member, having Caster and Zerk as companion of Saber for example will boost their crit chance significantly

I see thank you for your answer, btw is this mean saber kinda jack of all trade, master of none?

most of them, yes, they have slightly above average NP gain, star gain and damage. They also tend to have self buff that increase their damage. The early one doesn't have anything special about them but the limited one are often quirky.

Point in case Okita, Nero Bride and soon to arrive Saber Shiki all are weird compared to the non-limited Saber. Later you'll meet specialized saber but generally you're right in this case.
