Crit art team?

Shiki Assassin with Hans is the best since Shiki has a crit buff in her dodge skill on top of being able to generate stars herself so that combined with Hans party wide crit buff and star generating skill will have her dealing huge damage.

Robin Hood works well with Hans though still, especially since he can generate stars with his 3rd skill once he has access to it.

For pure crit teams, Zhuge is the better option but no matter what type of Art team it is, you can never really go wrong putting Tamamo no Mae in one.

Also, if we manage to get the event, Chloe Von Einzbern will be another perfect option for an Arts based crit Archer though that won't be until several months (again, if we manage to get it)

if it's Crit arts team then Waver Hans is the golden combo. Shiki are better than Robin without class advantage. However for maximum performance you need 2030 to do this.

The goal of pure crit arts team is to kill enemy fast with combination of NP spam and crit damage + faster Np gain on crit rather than relying on skill however a pure one need better damage rather than faster NP spam so Waver is better.

Now this is the deal, Shiki gain more NP from Q crits with Arts opener rather than Arts, this is why Tamamo is sub-optimal for Shiki. Down the road Chloe will become the first Arts servant with perfect balance of crits and NP spam because she gain more NP from Arts, this means Tamamo is better for her.
