How do CE effects stack?

For example, i have a Golden Sumo equipped on Kintoki (Berserker) and use his first skill. Does his ATK get multiplied by 110% then 150% or does it get multiplied by a flat 160%. Also, does this affect other offensive buffs such as Card effectiveness or NP strength?

On a side note, is Kintoki's (Berserker) Max bond CE any good in comparison to Golden Sumo or Halloween Princess?

No, it won't be multiplied, It just stacked additively if you only stack Atk buff.

Different buff stacks multiplicatively and try to add different buff instead of stacking Atk up all the time, for example NP Up + Atk Up + Buster Up + Def down.
Add the Crit dmg up for more crazy damage result.
Some niche damage up like Raikou, Gilgamesh, Siegfried, Euryale also affect the damage calculations greatly.

For me, i would choose Golden Sumo for that massive atk and buff Kintoki Zerker with some outside help for extra NP Strength or etc.
