Ibaraki functions a lot like Heracles in practice. Her defensive skills need to be used proactively and give her decent survivability as a Berserker. She has a strong ST NP to kill bosses with (and it removes buffs to boot) along with a handy Charisma skill for the entire team. You can chuck her into almost every buster team out there, but she will especially appreciate supports like Waver.
She's actually a very straightforward Servant with lots of utility put into her skills. Don't overthink it too much. Imagine her as a somewhat less sturdy Heracles but with more effects divided among her skills and NP.
