Story Bossess always available to re-fight by using different account, however event bosses only available to re-fight when there's rerun event.
You want a challenge right? Raising more acc + Re-fight the Bossess + taking care of multiple Acc is the real Challenge for you.
Don't forget to use lowstars only servants can be a good challenge.
New Game Plus : same player, better knowledge of game mechanics, polished master skill, can use almost any servant.
However, i'm not really recommended this things to you because it takes lots of times and your energy to do this !
