Is it worth it to level Latroria Alter?

Okay so I rolled all my saint quartz into the lancer banner, hoping for Karna and Li Shuwen since I love their characters. I ended up with Latroria Alter. I’ve looked into her and her high damage along with skills, so for most people, it’d probably be an easy answer of yes, but here’s the thing. I already have an NP 2 Liz filling my role of an AOE lancer while Bryn fills in the ST NP boss killer role.

I have all of Latroria’s acension mats so she is an easy investment, however if either of the two mentioned above are just going to get more use out of me in the long run I’d rather focus on my under leveled servants than a new one for now. I guess my question is, will Artoria contribute to my roster of servants even with what I already have?

if you don't have any liking for Lartoria then there is no need to level her up.The only thing that she is good for is NP generation and spamming Liz has better NP generation and at higher levels she has good NP damage.

Thanks for your input. Tbh I do like Artoria as a long time fan of the Ufotable anime adaptations. I hear she’s also good for critting, which honestly fits in with a lot of my current line up.

Yes, as she is the best buster crit lancer, and buster crit is about to become the new meta with the release of Merlin.

I do already have a lot of Buster Crit servants so no need to tell me about when Merlin comes out, I’m highly anticipating it as it is. It’s good to know she’ll fit in with the rest of my servants and very good at that role. Thanks, I’ve already gotten her to level 50.

Level her if your going to use her, don't level her if you aren't, i have a scath, tamano, bryn and karna, and i just switch them out depending on what i need, all 5 stars are useful, even if they aren't the greatest

I agreed with this man, i switched servant when the situation is right. For example you can use you can use ST Lancer one for melt the high hp one and AOE liz and lartoria can use their NP for farm purpose and yes they do farm things greatly. 5 stars stat were huge and really useful for various situation based on your team and their own strength.

Sorry I probably should have called her Lalter to avoid confusion with her 5* counterpart. Either way it seems that many people have pointed out her use as a Crit servant which is what I largely run anyway, I’ll probably make use out of her, especially against waves of Archer enemies.

Lalter is listed on this website as a tier 1 four star servant, and she's done alright by me. In contrast, Liz is tier 4. I would personally choose Lalter over Liz.

Liz' NP damage is a joke IMO (at NP2 she might be OK though). If I had the chance to switch her for Lartoria Alter I'd do that in a heartbeat.

At least Liz has a def-down skill, oh wait, her NP is def-ignoring...

I generally only use Liz against Archer mods(like when I’m farming eternal gears) she does okay, though I’d say if it weren’t for how quickly berserkers die, I’d probably use Lancelot in her place more often. It’s good to hear that Lalter is good when it comes to waves of enemies so I can’t wait to see how well she does on the same mods when compared to Liz.

Latroria Alter or Latrotia?

Lalter is far more than AOE NP damaging. Her Critical Buster >= Bryn NP. The only disappoint point for her is that her NP gain is somehow mediocre with only 1 card. But it doesn't matter since her Buster card with 2nd skill is ready OP enough.
Latroria, on the other hand, her role for farming is better than Liz because of NP charge and NP effect. But Liz could be a semi-support for female servants later on.

Sorry I meant Lalter, I wrote this in the morning before I headed off to school and I couldn’t remember what people called her so I guessed. Thanks for the input, I’ll definitely still use Bryn when fighting someone with the Brynhild’s Beloved trait, but I will try Later out for the same role and see how that goes.
