If any of your friends have Squirtle she handles this boss pretty easily. Specifically if she has the kaleid ce on her that buffs arts. Doesn't necessarily need a caster. Sorry I'd add but full friend's list :(

Need a strong Caster support for the Phantom fight
Hey guys,
I've been getting through the bossfight with the phantom by the skin of my teeth with my current caster support (alternating between a Waver 90 4/6/6 with pudding CE and a Xuanzang 90 1/1/1 with Kaleid Ruby). I haven't had to use the command spells for a revive just yet, but I feel that with a little less luck, and at the next stage for sure, I'd be properly fucked.
As such, I'd like to ask for a strong caster (ideally da Vinci) to carry me a bit through this fight. My friend code is 991,461,207. Many thanks in advance

the raid fight costs 10 AP, and even if u not kill them, u still gain exp, bond points and drops. moreover, their remaining HP carries over to next battles
why dont just spam mindlessly those raids and kill it with patience?
oh, and if u have Waver, the Mash/Waver/JAlter (Mash/JAlter with buster CE) or Kuro/Waver/JAlter (Kuro/JAlter with buster CE) will wipe him clean

Most of my stronger servants are riders (ozy, kintoki, mordred), and as such, I didn't think they'd be good for this battle, although they might be neat for whiping away the Berserkers. Currently, my line-up is siegfried L76 4/8/4, Berserker lancelot 73 4/5, then the support, and in the backline Medea NP5 L50 4/4 (strongest caster I have, the other is hans 55, and I don't have the mats to advance any of them further), Mash L60 (haven't done Camelot yet) 9/6/6 and Chloe L60 1/2/5, which saved my arse in the last battle with her evade.

I see. You have a solid line-up but they lose out against an Assassin with an Arts weakness. Your biggest issue is a lack of Arts based female servants. Kuro can cover a lot of ground with a MLB Kaleid Sapphire (as you already know). I would strongly recommend leveling her to at least 70. It should make things easier and bringing another Arts based female servant with the event CE (Archuria is great too, Tamamo would also be ideal thanks to her targeted Arts buff Skill)
I’d add you but currently my only female Arts servant other than Chloe is Shiki (Assassin) and I’m not sure how helpful she’d be in this case and two Chloes make things...confusing to say the least

You really don't have to use a Caster in this fight. Just use any servant that hits hard. Squirtoria will do really good here with sapphire CE. Max leveled Kuro with sapphire CE and good skills will just wreck this boss over.

Kuro at lvl 70 with a good projection and mlb kaleid sapph can easily wreck phantom.
Nwei, got one more slot so I added ya. my Kiyohii can easily 1shot Blackbeard at all thresholds if you need help with that.

Just grab an Ibaraki with limit-broken Kaleid Ruby (which I happen to have) and you will deal about 500k damage with her NP alone.

Why not solo him by Xuanzhang? Still arts-up CE to buildup the NP of her, dont really need to care her NP is Buster. Using the Chaledea normal mystic code or atlas

Does it really need to be a caster? Chloe has a +100% damage bonus for this event, which is the same as class advantage. Her NP can probably one-shot phantom at any phase, and even if it doesn't, she can just use it again two turns later.
