Is this the only chance i have to get chaldea lunchtime?

If the remaining days go to 0 on the chaldea lunchtime CE will i be SOL or is there another chance another time or will it just reset the timer? Thanks in advance for your answers im just a noob that started playing a couple of weeks ago and doesnt want to turn whale mode on.

After Lunchtime they will start to repeat in order of release starting with, I believe, Mona Lisa. However from this point on, getting an old shop CE again will cost you rare prisms to first unlock them and then the full price as before of normal mana prisms. So the cost goes up because you then have to have burned duplicate 4*+ servants.
