We're currently dotting the i's and crossing the t's on a preparation guide for the final singularity. It should hopefully be up within the day.
In short: Tons of materials to farm simultaneously, raid bosses, damage buffs based on bond level, and of course the final story segment.
What to prepare? Well, I wouldn't farm entire bond levels, but if you have some Servants that are close to the next bond level, consider getting that done. Servants who do a ton of ST damage, preferably with an NP gauge skill are best. Levelling skills on them and boosting supports like Waver would also be useful.
Notably, the node that everyone and their mum will go for is an Assassin boss that drops hearts. It WILL die quickly (depleting the raid health = no longer available to farm). A strong ST Berserker (Kintoki!) will be a good investment there.
