You're not alone. A few of my friends that play and me have this issue.
No fix as of yet, but I'm sure it's cause of Part 2.

Prisma Codes Event Bug
Stuck at 75 missions completed.
Story chapter after 08/28 does not unlock, i cannot unlock the raids and EX nodes without this
The event shop missions are all completed but the rewards are all 100 qp
Any ideas on how to solve this?
