Restarting the game + support help

So, I'm giving this game another try, starting from the beginning.
I created this account 3 days ago and I'm already in Camelot, so I can get those free 30 SQ. But as you must expect from someone with nothing but a Lv. 1 Mashu and Carmilla, Gawain stopped my rush.
I need the help of people with strong servants so I can go through Camelot and Babylon and farm ascension materials for my servants (cause I can't solo every single thing in the game).

Also, for those who will be bothered by a Lv. 1 Mashu in their friend list, don't worry, I'm gonna delete everyone right after I'm done with this.

Silly mistake with the Issue Transfer Number.
It's okay now, I know how to use it, lol.
I was also playing on JP but it's so bad to start there right now because of events.
