Based on JP Timeline, There will be two times

First, Knights of the Round Table Pickup (along w/ many of her round table pals) right before Christmas this year.

And then, Shinjuku Pickup 2 (She'll go on rate up w/ Emiya Alter) Next year

Worth noting that targeting a specific 4* on the knights of the round banner has worse odds than going for a solo rate up 5*.
