i am new to the game (have been playing for a week) and i'm not sure if should go (yolo)summon or save SQ for a possible future event .
I currently have 60 SQ and my 4stars are :
Emiya (free forced summon)
Saber alter (200 day aniversary ticket summon)
Saber lily (from the saber wars rewards)
along with 6 4star CE + purely bloom
I'd recommend waiting a week or so. We should be getting a new banner with a very good Lancer servant on limited rate up and I'd recommend using your quartz on that banner. Or you can roll on the story banner to try and get some of the non limited good stuff. Either are valid for new players imo.
brace yourself noob question incoming ...... what is a banner ? is it like the saber wars event ?
As someone relatively new to the gacha community I'm not sure what the origin of the term banner is, but I know that it is used to refer promotional gacha rates. In the context of FGO, a banner is a summoning campaign which might or might not be related to an event at all.
