So how does these raids works? Is it the same system like the ones in prysma iliya events and onigashima ones by turns or it is until your servants die? Just so i can line up my team correcly.

This time Raid HP work more like a timer. When it's gone - boss is gone (That's why there is a Barbatoss meme) so your plan for this raid is to kill the boss as fast as you can to get as many drops as you can.
As I am aware of, there is no participation/damage dealt reward in the raid event, so it is just a farm spot born of story.
So just build your team to kill.

I was just wondering if for example (following the thread), i choose barbatos. Do i have o certain number of turns to finish a hp bar or can i only play again the same boss after i finish the hp bar?
idk if i was clear but any answer is welcome
As I am aware of (not a JP player, never done it myself) boss is not turn limited.
But it is limited to shared hp. You can farm one boss over and over until he is gone (A lot of people expect Barbatos to be done in less than a day) so if you need the drops, you should farm him as much as you can, while you still can.
