You can usually clear out most of the event shop on natural AP, even without event CEs. It differs per event though.

Now, I would recommend never to use quartz for refilling AP, although it depends on your personal budget and some players also like to use quartz for refills during lottery events.

For now, I recommend patience. The points ladder isn't steep, and you have 10+ days left to get to 100 million damage done for Kintoki materials. The best nodes don't open up until next week, so you're better off holding off your few resources until then to maximise your farming.

As always, try to borrow the right event CEs for every node (use our drop list page to see what will drop and what enemies you face).

The right support for the raid can often solo at least the 1 million HP raid boss, which will do. As you ascend the points ladder and get some Hot Springs CEs, you can consider moving up the difficulty to Expert.

Whether to incrementally level Golden Sumo... it depends a bit on your roster, you should LB Golden Sumo once you have all copies for sure, but keeping it split if you don't possess one very strong (event) servant until then is alright too.

If you only have one attacker, you should MLB golden sumo. Normally you can get most of the event shop without using apples or having gacha CE’s as long as you use a friend with the CE. I personally wouldn’t use quartz for events because quartz are limited while event shop items can always be farmed with AP any other time.
