I really want to get Tamamo, what would be a good event to try summoning her?
Halloween is coming up soon and I believe she will get a rate up then. Also, its a bit cheeky but, shes one of the queens of spook. Wait for any limited caster rate up and she pops up quite a bit. I've never been personally mad about getting her, but a lot of people who roll for say...Illya tend to get pissed when mikon pops up.
Are the Halloween CEs worth the saint quartz? I might just try my luck in the singularity banner since i want mordred as well.
Little Halloween Devil is a great one, Halloween Arrangement is decent on specific taunt servants, and Jack O'Lanturn is pretty lackluster.
There's going to be a Tamamo rate up on Halloween rerun of Elizabeth Caster! Tamamo will be the sole 5* on rate up then.

The Lucky Bag Summoning on New Year will feature Tamamo as one of the 5* from the Caster banner alongside Waver and Xuanzang so that would make it 33% chances of getting her though you would have to use paid quartz.
