When are they going to release King Hassan?

King Hassan came to JP at January 11, 2017. Since NA runs slightly faster than JP, an educated guess would be around December this year if we're lucky.

That depends on how many of the free/main quests you've completed, since those are the primary source of free SQ. From here until December, we will have about 67 from camelot and babylonia main/free quests. There will also be 4 quartz a week from daily logins and 2/week for missions and 3 quartz for each maintenance, which is expected to be ~13 or so, maybe more, giving 39 quartz. So around 250 quartz total. Bear in mind that this estimate is pretty conservative, so we may get more.

Whether that's enough to get King Hassan though, that's for the RNG to decide. There are people who've gotten rate-up 5*s with just tickets, and people who've spent 500+ quartz without getting any. Just your luck.
