That's an amazing 5* you got there, one of the best support servants there are in JP and the best one currently available in NA (unless you're running an Arts team, then Tamamo is better).
Although it's unlikely you'll improve his NP, its most important effect remains unchanged at every NP level, which is removing a tick from the enemies' charge. Although it's not very relevant right now it becomes more important as the content becomes more challenging.
NP aside, his skills are very useful, resulting in stacking buffs along with a 20 NP gain for your party members, and an extra 30 NP for the target of Discerning Eye A. It really helps a few servants that struggle getting to 100% NP, and the buffs themselves do a lot to keep your party alive and the damage going. He's a great unit all around.
