Merlin has flowers under him and FH has smoke. Do any other servants have something similar to these? Is it because they're grand servants?
uh no? Its just visual effects. Merlin is a candidate for a Grand title (that doesn't mean that he is now the Grand Caster just because Solomon's gone. It is yet to be officially annouced if he did ascend to that title) , while King Hassan shred his Grand title to grant Tiamat the concept of death during babylonia singularity.
TL;DR: just an eye candy effects, nothing special to it
Merlin's flowers are for lore reasons, flowers bloom wherever he walks. I don't know much about King Hassan, but I'm assuming it's just part of his design.
Enkidu has little feathers that float around him on his 3rd/final ascension sprite. That's all I can think of.
Don't forget if you kill enemies with King Hassan NP, your enemies will dissapear.
