Next rate up is in Halloween rerun, so next year. There is a possibility of rolling her from lucky bag on 2nd anniversary, though.

Next opportunity for Cleopatra rate up?
Couldn't get her during the Liz event, and I'm aware she is a limited servant. Will she appear in other rate ups in the future (paid gacha, new years, etc.)?
