1/2 AP Interludes and Rank Up

I have lots of these quests left on my board and the amount of time and AP it'd take to complete them. I went looking once before for future 1/2 AP events and thought I saw some, but I've been looking now again and been having a tough time. Are events like this coming, and are they soon?

I found the Interlude campaign, about a year away. Still haven't seen rank up Campaigns though
