so basically where is the 7 million banner? with jalter on rate up as well as chaldea lunchtime as a new shop ce. when is it gonna happen?

Nobody knows for sure. Halloween Rerun has been officially announced for 10/4 - 10/17, so the Jalter banner probably isn't going to happen until either after it ends, or some time next month.
Chaldea lunch time wasn't announced in JP until like the day before it came out, so it could still be a part of this upcoming shop reset on Monday.
