Angra Mainyu still on FP gatcha?

Yes he can still be drawn from FP rolls. I can confirm this. I have mine at NP3. His droprate is just abyssmal.
Collected data from rolls is about 0.01-0.012%.

don't feel to bad if you can't get him, since he completely sucks. It is more of a joke servant than anything else.

I'd give you mine if I could, just got him to np4 this week. And since good support servants avoid my chaldea like the plague, he's completely unusable to me. So glad gorgon joined so I could have a real avenger.

I have him max leveled but still NP 1, he is very hard to get but for me Angra Mainyu is an amusing unit.
Rarely use him because i already have 3 Golden Zerker that can also do the job except for his damage return mechanics.

I have NP1 in NA and NP3 in JP. It's just bad luck.

Got him NP3. First time right after he's been released during the Fate/Zero Accel Order Event. The other two during the Christmas 2018 Event.
It's all about luck. Even more so with Angra Mainju. His drop rate is insanely low for being such a weak Servant. I mean, his drop rate is lower than that of an SSR!!

That is a ton of FP used and I’m surprised you haven’t got one copy yet. I got my first copy about a month ago on just a random fp roll.

I don’t know how many fp I spent but I finally got him on New Years.

So he is still there.

I got mine during the Valentine's rerun event. I was rolling FP like crazy to get one of the CEs LBed so I could earn more coins (I'm F2P) and he just spooked me. I only roll a ton of FPs during events for 3 stars CEs, I don't think I've spent more than 1M FP total since I started playing in May. But yeah, he's definitely there, just ridiculously rare to pull~.

Others have pretty much said it, but yeah. I rolled him for the second time ever a week or so ago, might've just been a daily free roll. Yet I spent about 200,000 FP just trying to get a copy of Valentine Dojo of Tears because I like the art, without success. It's purely luck.
