No the third Nero fest has the Cheer for master CE instead of joint recital and that was the last one before gilfest and just looking around it doesn't seem so.
Dunno if it's available in the rare prism shop since I hear that there are past event CEs there though.
I feel for you my friend, but I think you're quite outta luck. Still, it's not a terrible CE without MLB, take what you can get in this cruel Gatcha world.
Yeah non-MLB Joint Recital is still pretty good, it's a balanced Victor of the Moon by itself which isn't a bad deal.
It'll be in the Rare Mana Prism Shop someday, not sure when it'll be out in NA but it's gonna be there for 5 Rare Mana Prism iirc

I'm in the same boat. I bought all 4 of the CE from the shop very early on, but despite all my grinding, I was never able to get that last one needed to MLB it. We both got screwed over by The Man (RNG).
