So I wasn't lucky enough to pull Archuria, but I did get AnneMary. Until Prisma she is my only ST Archer.
Looking at the formula it divides current HP by Max HP. So would CE like Ideal Holy King(on a support) or Tawara's 3rd skill that raise max HP do anything significant to her NP damage?
I don't believe so since i'm pretty it judges the max hp before the battle starts sort of how necromancy gives you a certain amount of revives before the battle starts and even if it does i'm pretty sure just running black grail is infinitely better since it both depletes health and adds np damage.

It barerly raises damage compared to NP at same HP but without bonus
For having extra 1000HP at their max lvl, using NP at 5000 HP it gives like extra 0,03 to [1 - (Current HP/Max HP)] formula and doesn't even matter for 1HP since both results in something like 0,9999999 in formula
The CE should raise the attack of her NP because the formula is applied on use of the NP taking her current hp and current max hp. Having the support with the CE in the back of the party is better because that leaves the 3rd slot for another servant that can buff.
I wouldn't recommend using Tawara just for the +2k hp (MAX) because it's not a significant damage increase to the NP, it'd be better to have a servant that just has an Attack+ skill because that applies to everything. Servants like Blue boy (Hans Christian Anderson), who if played properly can use his noble phantasm twice, giving you around a 40-50% attack buff. Leonidas with Warrior's warcry B (3rd skill) gives a nasty buff for buster cards. Caesar with both atk+ and np+ for the team.
So your team line up could be like

>Turn 2 use Blue boy's second and third skill
>Use his second NP 2 plus attacks from anyone that would kill the enemy. (Currently 40-50% attack buff)

>Swap him with leonidas (using Combat uniform)
>Use Leonidas' third skill
>Use all of AnneBonny's skills.
