Astolfo vs Alexander vs Medusa

I've got a exclusive party for Riders which includes Kintoki, Marie, George and Ushiwakamaru. I want the fifth member to be one of the three I'm asking above, as I also have them. They are all AoE as you can see. Astolfo would seem like the better choice as he is a 4*, but I've read here that he is pretty bad among 4* overall. His skills also don't seem to support the team much aside from himself. Same could be said about Medusa and then Alexander can at least boost everyone's Attack, but he still loses in some terms to her.

Which do you think is the best all by himself? And which do you think would support my other Riders and Servants overall better?

Medusa has an NP charge skill which makes her great for farming caster mobs and doors. Other than that IMO Alexander is clearly the better choice, although a lot of people give Medusa the waifu bonus.

Alexander's NP damage at NP5 is good enough that you can ignore class advantage and take him to every battle for clearing enemy waves. Also, like you said he has two nice support skills that can improve your team. A lot of riders are quick-focused with quick type NPs, so his third skill will come in handy.

I can't say much about Astolfo because I don't have him. People say his NP gain and damage is quite terrible for a 4*.

Honestly i would say alexander, cause his 3rd skill which is a party wide quick buff, and his charm which can affect both genders,
Medusa is basically a better astolfo until he gets his 30%-50% battery, after which astolfo becomes slighty betyer

Thanks guys! This topic was mainly made to help me decide on which of them should I level up and ascend first. Alexander is already at 4th, though his NP isn't at 5 unlike Medusa. She is still at 3rd Ascension as I used some mats on other Servants first. Astolfo is only at 1st and I was wondering if despite being mediocre among 4*, he could still be better than the other two. Kinda like, Santa Alter's NP hits harder than Drake's, though that wouldn't mean she is still better on much else. Shame for Astolfo, he is a nice guy but it seems he will have to wait a bit longer, and he was just one of the first 4* I rolled in the game lol

Astolfo currently sucks but he gets a lot better after his strengthening quest. He’s one of JPs better servants right now.

There isn’t a huge difference between Medusa and Alexander currently. Their Stats and NP damage are roughly the same though Medusa has an NP upgrade coming up. Alexander is usually preferred for his more supportive skill set as mentioned above

They will be roughly the same once Medusa gets her upgrade in 2020 (lol). Until then Alexander has 1200% NP5 damage at 7.4k attack stat, while Medusa has 1000% at 7.2k attack. I don't know why so many people claim they are the same.
