I have Cursed arm Hassan, Fuuma and Jing Ke am wondering which is the better investment.
I heard a lot about cursed arm
hassan but im not sure about how relavent is he end-game( being a 2*).
P.S: My only gold assasin is EMIYA and other than him i haven't leveled any other assasin.
None of them really have noteworthy damage output. Fuuma has the highest stargen, especially when he casts his evade on himself. Cursed Arm is better at staying out on the field longer though. Jing Ke is good for one or two rounds of burst damage and then she's just kind of dead. She has no survival or team utility which is why she tends to be rated lower than Fuuma and Cursed Arm.
I use both Fuuma and Cursed Hassan (haven't gotten Jack yet), and in my experience, Cursed Hassan is a better star generator. He doesn't damage well, though (given his class and rarity); but when teamed with gold servants who deals high damage, he does his job well :)
cant say much about the other, rng gived me many passive star gen (like vlad extra and saberlot), so i havent really leveled someone for star gen.
But i have leveled emiya assassin. he is not a bad star gen for arts team actually, give him a try.

Emiya assasin is indeed great but i can't really make full use of his skill set(second and third skill) , so i searched for other assasins with simpler skill sets for more general use
actually i find him pretty good becouse of thet.
his only "good "skill is the targetable tount, and even with the other two, he is not going to do much in term of damage, so i have not leveled his skills at all.
is pretty much a disposable star generetor for art team. nothing more.
You're honestly better off going with a servant who can make stars without their command cards, a skill commonly called Innocent Monster. Hans is generally the best and cheapest one, but others that come to mind include Mephistopheles, Saber Lancelot, Caster Liz, and Caster Marie.
If you're looking only at assassins then I'd go with Fuuma since I think his skills are more beneficial plus his NP is AOE. I agree that if you can use Hans try him as well.
You're probably best off just leveling Hans' third skill, and doing his interlude to get his team wide c-star gen buff. Of the three you listed, I'd say Fuuma is the best cuz he has more utility in his attack debuff and targeted evade. Right now having a star genner that can only star gen isn't the best idea, due to the reliance on face card rng making them inherently inconsistent. They also need to do something else, with either utility like Fuuma, or stupid amounts of damage like Jack.
Fuuma for stargen, 2nd best stargen of the entire game, and he can AOE debuffs.
CA Hassan is a little worse stargen and stats, but more standing power (Protection from the Wind). Also, ST NP and a crit-up.
Jing Ke has the best stats of 3* Assassins, but she's kinda meh, aside from the Quick Up, who require 4th ascension and make a strengthening quest.
Emiya Assassin actually generates a lot of stars (Presence Concealment A+, 4 hits in his 2 Quick Cards, good hits in extra attack), but his NP gain is horrible, a sin for a arts servant.
But you can allways use passive stargen (Hans, Phantom of Opera, Mephisto, Caster Marie, Helena, Saberlot, Carmilla, Merlin, CEs 2030 and others similar).
