This is either gonna be a really dumb question or kinda useful. I know of the daily Treasure Vault missions but are they the best or most efficient place to farm for QP?
The treasure vault is the best place to farm qp there might be better places in events like in fate zero where you could get around 2mil qp by trading excess items on a 40 ap run, but as far as I know in the standard daily and free quests the treasure vault is the best.

Events especially lottery events will net you a whole lot of QP, but outside of that 40 AP Daily Treasure Vault really is only your best bet. Try and see if you can find a friend with an MLB Mona Lisa (you should get one to pop up in Rider cast usually, especially people with Santa Alter or Drake)
