Better for CC event: BB or Nero Bride?

Short version:

I'm going to roll for Nero Bride in the CCC pre-release banner. I also should have everything to instantly get her up to 10/10/10 skill wise and level 90 by then.

BUT most of the Exp Cards will come from 'Any XP Cards', which I could also use for BB (due to how only the 'Any' cards would give her that bonus XP).

Thus I have to ask, for the event itself, would a lvl 90 Nero Bride work better (with a +1 Chip drop for her) or should I try to max level BB first (with the +2 chip drop)?

There's still some months left, enough to get embers for Nero.

BB is mostly unusable during the main event of CCC. You won't unlock her until roughly 60-80% of the missions are completed. She needs to be ascended en bonded in the final stretch to complete some missions (60), but Nero Bride is far more useful to deal with any farming beforehand. As CCC nodes are pretty tough, Nero is a great help. Besides, by the time you unlock BB, the +2 from her will probably give you less chips than the +1 did over the course of the entire event.

You can still include Bride in your backline, so ignore all the points about the chip bonuses.

You don’t get BB until pretty late in the event but you’ll definitely want to use her in your party for her extra drop.

If you need a Bride for some reason during the event (ST Saber DPS) then I’d raise her. There’s plenty of time between now and CCC to farm enough EXP for both.

But if you don’t need Bride to clear the content, I’d leave her at Lv. 1 and max ascend BB as soon as you can.
