Better Offensive Caster?
Should I wait to Summer Event to try Nero Caster or should I try another especific Caster in early banners? If yes, which?

Nero has AOE NP and there are many of good AOE casters. If you looking for single target Illyasviel von Einzbern is best one in game for now. Second is Xuanzang Sanzang. If you dont look strictli on Tier list here ofc.. I will try summon Illya in her next event. Only one single target caster I have for now is Medea and her DMG is bad. Ye she can spam NP but my other servants can crit for better damage with one attack....

Wait for Nero, but if you want another good offensive Caster there's Queen of Sheba.
Having Nero in your Chaldea would also mean you don't need another offensive Caster both ST and AOE.

I summoned Queen of Sheeba once before in the JP server and I really like her. Her lower rarity makes her easier to come. But, IMO shes not coming here ETA 2020. There is a large road away.

Since Nero not come yet, I'll try to pick Sazang or Illya. Both are good options and ST, what makes they a good choice even if I had Nero Caster

Try Nitocris...she's the best 4 star offensive caster right now...I don't think she will have an upcoming banner before summer event though. But she's a great asset to anyone's Chaldea.
