Budget/F2P team comp for Artoria Archer?

Was lucky enough to roll Artoria Archer with a summon ticket, but I don't have Tamamo no Mae or Waver. Who should I borrow from my support list (have access to both) and what servants are good replacements for the last team member? I'm guessing Hans or Mozart would be good substitutes, I have both at NP5.

Yes i would recommend Mozart. I also got Arthur and have been trying some strategy. Personally my team:
Arthur
Fuma(can make a lot of star and give Arthur evade for 1 turn, also Arthur third skill make fuma can generate more star)
Mozart ( his first skill give 48 % art effectivnes for 1 turn and third skill give 50 star.his np also make Arthur np stonger)
My strategy would be
Arthur with critical ce+ fuma with quick effectivnes ce+ tamamo or waver(support)+ Mozart with golden ce that give you star.
When i need Mozart i Will change fuma position with Mozart and Mozart Will give his first skill and third skill to make Arthur np and chain attack stonger

Note: if you want to bring mozart he needs to have gone through his strengthenings quest.

I'd actually say use fuuma and a friend support Tamamo. Fuuma will generate stars any time you can't brave chain with Squirtle and generate even more of them with the buff from Beach flower skill. Tamamo because: a) her np will reduce the CD on Squirtle's own arts buff b) she herself has a targetable arts buff that she can apply on Squirtle. And use Hans over fuuma when facing casters

And to add to what he said above:
Fuuma's targetable evade covers the one skill Squirtle doesn't have: an ability to dodge AOE nps (cause that will ever happen with that 70% chance at charge reduction xD)
Also the best CE for her is probably Formal Craft to buff her arts cards by 25% or heaven's feel for the 40% np buff since most of her damage is tied to her np anyway. If you really want to go for the arts crit niche Another Ending is the best CE for that but AE is more suited to arts critters who np spam less like Lancelot saber or possibly Kuro.

i have seen people use altria (archer ) with black grail + double tamamo + waver and give 1M damage against berseker. i wish i have at least black grail. with black grail, mozart and tamamo i belive i can make around 450 K damage

Black Grail is a good one two because of all the heals available. Formal Craft is really to increase volume of Np more than power. Black Grail makes it more bursty

Thanks for the suggestions. I didn't think of using Fuuma, but the explanation makes sense. Fortunately I got Fuuma while rolling for Artoria, just have to level him up.

I haven't levelled or strengthened Mozart yet, will work on that as well. Seems like Tamamo will be the go-to support for this team.

Would recommend a friend's tamamo and mashu actually. Fuuma has a really bad 3 quick deck and artoria wants to np spam/art chain asap. Mashu has 3 art cards including her np as well as taunt, damage cut+defense buff which is stackable with artoria's own arts+def buff and that sweet targetable invul + np gain.

Tamamo can spam her np to allow mashu's skill to go off cd even quicker and her np should allow the team to tank nps as well. Most importantly, she's free.
