So, a little curious, when do you guys think we'll be getting this
banner? I read on the wiki that JP got it the 8th, so perhaps we'll get
it then as well?

Very likely we get around the same time or bit sooner or later. But because shinjiku came on 24 it's very likely that CBC will be dropping on 8th

The Shinjuku Banner ends the 11th so I would expect it after that

This is when I expect it to drop too. Around the 11th after both shinjuku banners are done.
