Dafaq is wrong with my game?

recently, my game opens with a download screen (which takes a while to finish). afterwards i fought shadow jack on Jack's interlude using nitocris, and saw that when i used her arts card, the animation phases through shadow jack and the game hangs... restarted my phone only to go back to the download screen. pls help me.
