There's guides available for the event all over the internet. Basically imo, any female riders > lancers > casters > berserkers > archers > sabers in that order of prioritisation.

For you though, I'd say first level Tamamo lancer, then Astolfo (maybe just to lvl 70 first), then Da Vinci. After that just level whatever female servants you have however you like, preferably in the order above.
