Do you get a grail from the Halloween rerun if you didn't complete the event last year?

I'm not 100% on this, but I'm pretty sure the lore is for people who already got the grail last year.

If you you did not get the grail last year, you can obtain it this year, otherwise you'd get the lore instead.

I'm pretty sure that people who did not complete the event and get the grail last year will get the grail, whereas people who completed the event and got the grail last year will get the crystalized lore. All of this is contingent upon completing the event, of course.
