No Deming in America has a 60% plus drop rate while this node has only 12% drop rate. It's not advised to farm for mats as I think it was designed such that you would focus on the lottery, and the shop which contains cheaper than normal items. Dragon fangs are a daily reward here in NA so you just need to wait I've been playing for a few months and I have 100+ of them I think.
