Event CE Drop Rate

No the Same 2% for Conqueror node and that's the highest chance. The exhibitions have the same number and that 2% (If I remember correctly) is already better than the past 1.60% drop rate only

Keep going and if you still got apples don't be afraid to use them, don't give up! Conqueror node is the best node for it, and sadly the drop rate is still at a low 2% as said above but it does indeed drop. You'll get it the least you expect it eventually.

It took me 20 lottery refreshes to finally get it. It was just pure luck. You'll eventually get it by farming the conqueror node like everyone said

I don't know about the exact droprate. The CE dropped for me once in Expert and twice in Hero and Conquerer nodes.
Maybe if the RNG senses that you don't want the CE, it'll come your way :P? Reverse psychology and all?

I feel you! I'm at box 22 now and still no drop either...

I've had it drop in conqueror mode. Are you playing different quests in-between? Also, probably unrelated, but how many petals are you farming for? Could just be a weird turn of luck. I spent a lot of time playing for a 5th Summer mistress and never got it while someone I know just kept mlb-ing them.

On my 30th box and still no drop... I gave up.
