On this website's guide, it says to farm petals at the monte cristo node. I don't have the confidence that I'd be able to clear that without some serious RNG luck so where else should I go to farm petals?
You can farm petals in the Hero node. It also drops Heart of the Foreign god but only at 15%.
But the primary drop is Gold medal in that node. But its better going for the safe node than risking wasting AP in the mote cristo node. Just bring a strong rider for the Hero node
If you can't use full +drop CEs on the top node because you need the power-boost from +damage CEs just to beat it (or worse, if you might not be able to complete it even with full +damage CEs), it may be that lower level nodes will be comparable or better.
For example, if you can only use 2x +petal CEs on the Conqueror node, you're going to average 72 petals/run.
If you can use 5x +petal CEs on the Expert node, you would average 81.6 petals/run there.
Hero is a good mixed option if you're farming for non-bronze medals: it drops fewer petals but more gold/silver medals.
I'm currently farming the Hero node, because like you, I'm not confident in my current team being able to run the Conqueror node reliably with the farming CE's. The Conqueror node of the Main Event section looks to be a fair bit easier to make a team for. That, combined with the fact that the Hero node of the Qualifiers also has a good droprate for hearts, makes it the prime spot for farming petals in combination with the medals I need to clear the shop.
I am pretty sure that as long as you have a friend cu alter, you should be able to clear it reliably. Have you tried that?
last diff node consists of rulers/avengers mostly, with first wave being of 3 easy berserkers
Mash + (insert ur dps here, preferrably ST berserker AKA Heracles/Cu with event CE) + friend JAlter will kill them all
