Forbidden pages at Hyde park?

Have they changed drop rates for forbidden pages at Hyde park in London? I have spent easily over 160 AP trying to get one but no luck...It seems the name of the place isn't crystal place ruins anymore (show in the image), is this why?Can anyone else get them here?

No, they drop, but chances are simply awfully low.
I'd wait for event shop with pages instead tbh

The guy telling the truth. Drop rate is very low, farm itself on FGO is a hidden '' gacha '' so it's better farm when event is coming later.
Even getting 5 star welfare event CE need " gacha luck level" of getting 4 star and 5 star servant and worse the rate is just 0.2 % - 1.6%.
But you can trade the material using event currencies.

Dam,yeah I guess I'll wait till a event with pages, thought the drop rate seemed decent though, since it says somewhere the APD for it is 73
