I have a lvl 80 Kiyohime (Lancer) Max Fou'd that I can put MLB White Rose on if you like? She comes with a buster up, crit down and def down skills.
As for suggestions, I ran Georgios and Mash for tanks, brought Hans for crit stars and heals and borrowed a Scathach with MLB White Rose to run alongside my Kiyohime (Lancer) and Cu FSN.

There's a lot strong Lancer there. Tamamo shark can do the job too. Li Shuwen can solo him too, F2P with double OG Chu can still clear it easily, but they prefer to solo Gil anyway.
Pretty much, any decent leveled lancer can kill Gilgamesh pretty fast. Unless you used Benkei............
Have you heard or ever see Romulus/Roma pummeling Gil? He's just 3 star but with hidden 4 star stat.
