How is Kuro hard to NP5?

So I’ve seen some people say that F2P’s are gonna have a hard time to get all 5 copies of Kuro, but I’m wondering how? (Pure NA player here) Is it because of the female servants and F2P’s won’t have many of them? Or is it because the event is difficult?

I’m probably going to sell my soul to get all 5 copies of her anyway, but I’d appreciate it if you could clear it up for me, thanks.

Mostly the female servant bonus thing. And mostly applies to fresher players. If you have a decent number of max ascended female servants you should be ok (Ushi is really good this event)

She is, all female riders (and even males, when it's not a raid) are. Sadly, her NP is Quick, and neither Kaleido Sapphire (Arts Up) or Kaleido Ruby (Burst Up) will function on her strong NP...at most Sapphire will make her 2 arts cards hit much harder the bosses (specially the ones weak to arts).

Dunno about who to focus...Mordred Summer is AOE, and while she can spam NP with NP-Arts-Arts, her NP damage is very underwhelming for a 4*. My NP5 Ushi is ST and can do a lot of NP damage, but can't be boosted (her NP)...

Pretty much. I feel it though. I've got a Drake which is probs the second best servant to level up. It feels bad though spending hearts on her. If there is a break before the event though ima level her just for it. An AOE np but still, will do.

I have a max Ushi and Kiyohime. I was planning to use these two for the Onigashima event, I never have the chance to use Ushi cause they took out the green oni too fast.

I remember: came from the job, sit on the sofa, prepared for my first raid ever...the boss was slayed in the very first day...

Instead of buying in the shop, both ascension mats and copies are gained by fullfilling missions:

Extra copies missions:
defeat Testament (her weakest form is Lvl 85 Caster 650,000 HP)
defeat 20 Caster Servants (ok)
clear all EX rank quests (some of them are REALLY hard)
clear 90 missions (going to need a bunch of apples)

Ascension item missions:
Defeat 70 Skeletons (as the best place to farm this has only 5 skeletons for 15 AP/attempt, lots of AP, but it is easy)
Defeat 15 Neutral Servants (ok)
Clear all Rank A and A+ Quests (some are kind of hard)
Complete any 60 Missions (same, some apples will likely be needed to do in time while completing the plot)

TT _TT why the event have to be difficult, I'm not even confident on max ascending her. The clearing A and A plus mission gonna be difficult.

Wonder how difficult this event'll be for me. My only level 60+ female servants are Eurayle, Nitocris, Tamacat and Carmilla. I only hope Ridertoki pulls through.

Guess getting her Ascension mats and extra copies will have to be the priority over the shop.

Maybe I should give up on getting Chloe, cause there no way for me to tackle this event. It look like it for high level players. At least I found another event I gonna hate.

you should still give it a try. you never know. lol
people said to save apples before the summer event because it was going to be super grind heavy and well, I started the event with 0 apples and finished clearing the shop at liek, day 4(I used the silver and gold apples I got from the event). Now in part 2 and I've almost cleared the shop with only silver apples from the event used.
I know that AP management and actually clearing the difficult fights are different but the idea's the same. I thought I won't be able to clear the shop with no apples but I actually managed to. If we do get a dead week after the summer event, which in this case I hope we really do, then use that time to prep your servants. Level the ones you need to clear the event. No worries man, you got this.

Just do it and don't think about event's difficulty.

Don't give up. This is one of the few events where I don't think there's been a rerun yet in JP. Might be your only chance to get her and she is an amazing SR

At least try, bro, the missions (each one of the 100 of them) will give you a lot of materials (medals, hearts, dragon scales, horseshoes...) and gems (red, blue, yellow, usually 5).

Even if you fail, you can grind a lot of things.

The shop's small, but it has pages, claws, seeds and gears. And it's just 3 currencies to farm this time. =)

Alright, I'll give this event a shot. I could just spam my command seal to save my life. I managed to tackle the quest to Np 5 Scathcat (I probably misspell her name) thanks to support Waver giving defensive buff against those wild boar. Man, I really want my own Waver so I don't have to rely on support.
