How useful are the +10% CEs from the shop?

I've been wondering about this for a while. What I think is that they aren't really useful considering they cost 5k MP, you won't be doing the most efficient quest all the time and you might not even have it in your party for every single battle, especially during events when you get the most BP/Exp but have to use event specific CEs.

What do you guys think? Am I missing out something by not buying them? Is it more useful to spend MP on CEs rather than Exp/Fou?

My answer to that is quite simple. Chaldea Lunch time. Increases bond points 10% when MLB and saves you lots of time from reaching bond 10 which takes 5-6 (?) months of playtime that you spend with that certain servant around.
What does this mean? It's to be efficient and save time. I mean how much time do you even have to reach the London mystic codes 72 million plus EXP? Makes each treasure vault run give you a million of QP when you desperately want it and such, but honestly just save it for Chaldea lunchtime. Nothing more nothing less.

That's exactly why I'm confused. If it takes 5-6 months to reach max bond, the CE would save you what 15 days? How often is the need to go from 9 to 10 in a span of 15 days? Most max bond CEs would end up in the second archive anyway. And as for mystic codes, I'll mostly be using combat uniform, but even without a preference there aren't a whole lot of battles where you get to use a skill more than once. So is lunchtime still worth it?
Also, let me just say this. It's not that I've made up my mind about not buying, but just that being a new player(around 2 months) I need quite a few Exp/Fou cards and so I'm wondering if I should buy the CEs even if it means waiting a few months to max fou my servants.

Okay. Bond CEs aren't useless. Use an arts team filled with bond CEs that increases arts 15% for the whole party equipped to all 3 of them? You get something better than an MLB Formal craft for each one of your party. Bond CEs are the foundations of quick, arts and buster teams and generally to help servants go to broken or stronger levels like herc.
Don't get it if you don't since it's just an option if you want to save time. Yes it's just 15 days or so just like what you said, but imagine not having those 15 days you'll save much more.
It's not like it's said to buy it just an option for you if you want and you could totally skip it.
And add this. With your MLB and your friends what do you get? A whole month. More QP. More Exp specially when reaching from 130-150. It's meant to be used with and your friend's MLB, and your MLB meaning a whole 20% and 20% is a large one. Are you going to pass that up?

I didn't mean to say that Bond CEs are useless. Just that I'm partial to CEs that provide starting NP. My go to strategy for any fight is to clear the mobs as quickly as possible and then blow up the boss before it gets a turn.
I guess 20% is worth something especially in the long run when they release more AP efficient quests. I guess for now, I'll start saving up MP and if I reach 5k I'll buy them.

Chaldea Lunchtime is prob the best Bond CE so far as it gives a +10% as opposed to the other CEs which only give +50.
As for why is it better to get instead of Exp/Fou, it's because the CE is only available for a limited time, while the Exp/Fou resets every month, and also they can be farmed quite easily as you play more. The Exp/Fou can also be obtained by trading in event mats, and occasionally, lottery events.
With 1/2 AP events sometimes you'll farm the hell out of the hands and net alot of EXP cards, so while doing that the bond CE in the back will give you the added bond points
You can get Exp/Fou every month, but when you miss the CE, you miss it, and the only way to get it again is to trade rare mana prisms for it at the cost of 4/5 star servants.
Since you're quite new, it may not be that bad to spend on Exp/Fou but if you're planning to play this game for a long time, you might regret not picking up the CE, once your servants are max lvl/fou'ed.
Also free FP because during a lull period everybody will want Bond/QP CE supports while they farm

Yes, you are right. CEs are limited but Exp/Fous are not and I certainly don't plan on leveling every single servant. Now to see if I can save up enough MP.

I think the CEs are pretty good when you want to save time grinding for those Mystic Codes exp and Bond points.
one of my regrets in playing this game aside from not playing it earlier is that I missed the Mona lisa CE back then(which is also tied to me not playing F:GO earlier).
That said, I personally don't buy them coz; a) I always spend my MP on Fou-kuns, tickets and ember cards(yes. I'm one of those people) and b) I'm not in a rush to get Max bond points or Level capped MCs or Master level. I kinda just want to let it happen. And the fact that I'm always just farming for embers and skill gems when there's no event. Maybe it'll change once I make a crap ton of progress with servant level and skill levels.

Hmm, I'm not sure how to feel about Mona Lisa but I definitely regret not starting from day one. Can't believe it took me a year to find this game :(
I don't plan on skipping summon tickets just the embers and fous. I would say that not buying tickets every month is just plain stupid.

Well, when my roster got bigger and got myself a Tamamo and other additional 4*s, my QP bank just got rekt. it takes a total of 47m QP to git Tammy's 3rd skill from 6 to 10 and the only(viable) QP farming node we have costs 40 ap. Suddenly found myself in need of them to level up skills and Grail my waifu.
Ditto, I started a bit around when the Fate/zero event was about to finish. Missed a lot of freebies and stuff but hey, they're gonna do a rerun so... might as well be patient for the time being.
