Been interested in the historical Cleopatra for a long time, though her FGO character design is kinda *shrug* to me. How's she gameplay wise?
She is very meh. She has meh attack + the inherent low attack modifier for assassin and her only way to buff that is inconsistent with only 60% chance to activate. Only good thing about her is she has nice survivability (3k heal + chance to defense up + 1k heal every turn + invul) but do you really want an assassin for the role she brings? I know my answer is a no.
Buster AOE assassin.
She can generate 10-20 stars with a skill (just 1 turn, cooldown 8-6 turns). Invulnerability Included.
Imperial Privilege (Rank A) is allways a happy buff when it hits all, and a sad one when misses both effects.
2 skills with good Heals, the Buster AOE NP with low dmg multiplier (300% NP1) and with demerit of causing 1K dmg to her...
You also need lamps to ascend her...like 9.
