Oh whoops. Then like the post below, probably Musashi if neither are your waifus. If you like one more than the other two though, definitely go for that one. Even if you like Ishtar the most, go for Ishtar, because this game is a waifu/husbando collection game

I think I will go on musashi, because some months later, there will be a banner with ishtar and quetzalcoatl on rate up

No need for tohsaka as Squirtle means you're pretty set at Archer. It then becomes a tossup between quetz and musashi. I'd definitely get musashi for gameplay reasons. She is a premiere saber and while Mordred is pretty decent, she isn't in musashi's level.
