Got her a few months ago and have left her hanging since. But now i'm concerned that the only decent lancers i have are both Cus. So considering that eli will get a good team buff fairly soon should i start levelling her up or just nah?
She's pretty nice to round up a team and she even has a pretty neat Bond CE which heals 500HP per turn. While she doesn't have the fanciest of skillsets, I really found her useful in Archer nodes especially in Camelot recently, and has decent survivability with a wave clearing NP.
If you don't have any other AoE lancer you can level her, since her support skills are quite useful. She's too weak to farm anything reliably (unless you have her at NP2 or higher) so I'd switch her out as soon as you get someone better with an AoE NP.
Yes. Considering that besides 5 star servants, the only other good aoe lancer that we have is artoria lancer alter, liz can be quite good. Put her in your 4th or 5th slot. Do not prioritize her ce. Use her with females.
Personally I find her pretty flexible despite being kinda vanilla, but as the other person mentioned she's just fine, the skills works fine and her NP is not that bad really.
I have her at 72 waiting for lancer ember, but if you have spare mats, it's not really a waste to level her.

I started with Elisabeth Lancer, and plan on using her more once her strengthening quest happens since I also have JAlter. Dragon buff + Female buff looks really nice, and while she's a bit mediocre now there aren't a whole lot of options for 4* lancers that are noticeably better other than Artoria Lancer at this point.
Well.You cannot consider Liz as solid attacker since all her skills are supportive (and guts is good for support) so she is a very ideal offensive support for Female Servants.
Also her NP damage is bad (yeah my Liz is NP5, but still), however, Lancer with AOE NP are not quite frequently seen as sabers. So she is also good for farming. Although her NP gain is restricted to only 1 Art card (AQQe=28% np gain)
She wont hit hard as Cu pro, but she can support your friend's female Lancer, or other female DPS to hit hard. And her bond CE is one best bond CE (depend on team configuration)
